PRIVACY

Short version: we count visits, not people.

Eternal Void is an independent art project. It has no ads, sets no tracking cookies and never sells or shares personal data.

Visit statistics

We use Umami, a cookieless analytics service, to see which pages and features get used (for example "a scene was shared" or "the music visualizer was opened"). It records the page, the referring site, country, browser and device type. It does not use cookies or build a profile of you. To switch it off in your browser, open eternalvoid.io/?notrack once.

Email list

If you join the email list, we store your email address and any optional boxes you ticked, using Netlify Forms. We use it only to send Eternal Void updates. To leave the list or have your address deleted, reply to any email or send a note through the feedback page.

Feedback

The feedback form stores what you write. It is stored with Netlify, which also processes standard web-request information to deliver the site.

Music and microphone

Music, microphone and device audio you use with the visualizer are analysed only in your browser. They are never uploaded.

Saved scenes

Saved scenes, favourites and settings stay in your browser's local storage on your device.
